New Sensor Concepts

We design, build and characterize new optical 3D sensors and measurement systems.

Currently, we are working towards the following topics:

  • Improved accuracy in active triangulation using speckle reduction
  • Improved accuracy of 2D and 3D point and edge measurements using „multipoints“
  • Multi-stereo vision
  • New single shot confocal techniques
