First place in the YSA for Stephanie Geißler

Together with Stephanie Geißler, we are delighted about her first place in the 5th Young Scientist Award of the CC UPOB. The prize is awarded to young scientists in the field of ultra-precision machining and asphere and freeform surface metrology as part of the “HLEM - Asphere Metrology” conference series. The presentation of her bachelor thesis “Metrology of additively manufactured micro-polymer structures - surface optimization for the measurement of steep flanks” in the lecture and poster convinced the participants of this year's HLEM 2025, which took place from 24.3.-26.3.25 in Braunschweig at the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB).
